SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Returns Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer Priority Shipping (5-15 days) on all orders. Additionally, for the fastest delivery, DHL Express is available during checkout.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to various rules and restrictions, and you may incur additional taxes and duties which are beyond our control. In such cases, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country and will be responsible for any additional costs or taxes.

SHIPPING DELAYS
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will inform you promptly and provide a revised estimated delivery date. Please wait at least 21 days before making a claim for an undelivered item.

RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure you select the correct size, style, and material when ordering. For additional information, refer to our Sizes and Materials Guides. We ship our jewelry in sealed bags, allowing you to examine and size the item without opening it. Items can be returned provided that the original seal remains unbroken, ensuring that our products maintain the highest standard of hygiene and safety for our customers.

RETURN PROCESS
For returns, contact customer service at info@piercing.bio for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging with your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
